PRESENT:

Plaintiff having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 27, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Maureen A. Pineau, Esq., dated December 3, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Stuart L. Levinson, Esq., dated December 10, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 19, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 18, 2015, and inserting in its place the date February 16, 2016.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect plaintiff's appeal will be granted.
