This is a companion case to the matter entitled Gilbert Dozier, Commissioner of Department of Agriculture v. Louis Burleigh, 380 So.2d 197.

For the reasons assigned therein, the judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant is affirmed at appellant-defendant's cost.

AFFIRMED.
