Decision of this court, handed down September 19, 1955 ( ante, p. 973), dismissing the appeal by default, vacated. Motion to dismiss appeal granted, unless appellant perfects appeal, files and serves record and brief on or before October 15, 1955, and is ready for argument at the November Term of this court, in which event the motion is denied. Motion for leave to appeal on original record and five typewritten copies of brief denied. The attention of the appellant is directed to rules 21 and 22 of this court.
