ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

On January 10, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy (Doc. 11). The Notice states that on December 31, 2023, petitioner Scot G. Doyen filed a petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 7 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The Notice further states that on December 31, 2023, petitioner Lora L. Willette Doyen filed a petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 13 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings herein are automatically stayed. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned judge. It is further

ORDERED that although all proceedings are stayed, on or before April 10, 2024, and then every 90 days thereafter, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the related bankruptcy proceedings.
