Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application by Leah Casey, Esq., to be relieved of her assignment to represent respondent, Mary Jo Downey, is granted, and Michelle I. Rosien, Esq., P.O. Box 908, Philmont, NY 12565, assigned in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120. Counsel's time to file and serve the responding brief extended to February 27, 2015.
