Petitioner, pro se, movant having moved to enlarge to record with respect to the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 11, 2019, which denied the petition, and granted respondents' cross-motion to dismiss the special proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
