This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022, for cases in which Richmond, Virginia, is the place of trial.

On August 26, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, representing therein that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 14, 2022, Richmond, Virginia, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
