ORDER
¶1 A Special Department of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Madsen, González, Gordon McCloud, and Yu considered at its August 4, 2020, Motion Calendar, whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b), and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the Petitioner's motion to waive the filing fee is granted and the petition for review is denied. The Clerk's motion to strike the reply to the answer to the petition for review is granted.
