TIFFANY WINKLER DOWDEN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appelle

DISMISS; Opinion issued December 19, 2011

On Appeal from the 401st Judicial District Court

Collin County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. 401-81592-06

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Morris, Francis, and Lang-Miers

Opinion By Justice Morris

Tiffany Winkler Dowden was placed on deferred adjudication community supervision for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity. After the trial court entered an order modifying the conditions of her supervision, appellant filed a notice of appeal. An order amending community supervision conditions is not an appealable order. See Basaldua v. State, 558 S.W.2d 2, 5 (Tex. Crim. App. 1977). We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
