The copies of the Court's two November 12, 2021, Orders served on petitioner having been returned by the U.S. Postal Service, the envelope marked "FORWARD TIME EXP, RTN TO SENDER", it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address on the Court's record is changed to: 1905 Hidden Cedar Dr., Conroe, TX 77301-2089. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner copies of (1) the Court's November 12, 2021, Order directing petitioner to pay the filing fee in this case, and (2) the Court's November 12, 2021, Order designating Houston, Texas, as the place of trial in this case.

Petitioner is reminded that Tax Court Rule 21(b)(4) requires the Court be promptly notified, by notice of change of address filed with the Court, of the change of mailing address of any party.
