LORD QUINCY DOWDELL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On June 8, 2023, while attempting to electronically file a Motion for Extension of Time in his case at Docket No. 12516-20, petitioner inadvertently filed a new petition to commence this case. The Court, therefore, will close this case on the grounds that it is a duplicate of petitioner's case at Docket No. 12516-20. Petitioner is advised that the Court has caused petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to be properly filed in petitioner's case at Docket No. 12516-20.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is closed on the grounds of duplication.
