Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The judgment is reversed insofar as it did not allow Travelers to deduct the $173,500 OCIP amount from the subcontract balance, awarded Dowd the $173,500, and awarded Dowd damages against Travelers under the bond for interference and loss of productivity. The judgment is otherwise affirmed.
