Opinion

Case No. 97-1352

Opinion filed December 5, 1997

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Volusia County, Gayle S. Graziano, Judge.

James B. Gibson, Public Defender, and Leonard R. Ross, Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Michael E. Dow, South Bay, pro se.

No Appearance for Appellee.

The public defender submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and the appellant filed a supplemental brief on his own behalf. We have independently reviewed the record and find no apparent error. Accordingly, we affirm the appellant's judgment and sentence.

AFFIRMED.

SHARP, W., GOSHORN and ANTOON, JJ., concur.
