Dow v. Patrick Ryan Construction Corporation

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 1, 1916
173 App. Div. 979 (N.Y. App. Div. 1916)

Opinion

May, 1916.

Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict finding the defendant negligent for not blocking and wedging the derrick mast as it was lying temporarily across the street is against the greater weight of evidence. Jenks, P.J., Carr, Stapleton, Rich and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
