ORDER

EUNKYONG CHOI, SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance indicating that the parties had agreed that the 2011 Tax Form in dispute was not valid and they needed time to perform administrative corrections. Respondent requested that the case be restored to the General Docket. Based on respondent's motion and upon due consideration, it is hereby:

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed on March 4, 2022 is granted and this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote trial calendar. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket.
