Action to recover damages for malicious prosecution. Appeal from an order granting defendant's motion to dismiss the amended complaint for "insufficiency in law" and directing the clerk to enter judgment accordingly. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
