ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On June 17, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for entry of decision requesting that the Court enter a decision in the amounts set forth in the proposed stipulated decision attached as Exhibit A. We will direct petitioner Robert Douglas to file an objection, if any, to the motion for entry of decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 17, 2024, Mr. Douglas shall file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection by the foregoing date may result in the granting of that motion and entry of decision in accordance with the decision document attached thereto.
