This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Boston, Massachusetts, trial session, on March 25, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for the Commissioner appeared and was heard. During the proceeding, the Court was notified that a basis for settlement has been reached. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 24, 2024, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents.
