The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment.

The following order was passed:

The Supreme Court today denied the petition for certiorari in this case.

In addition, counsel for the petitioners is hereby ordered to show cause why he should not be subject to sanctions for filing a patently frivolous petition for certiorari. See Supreme Court Rules 6 and 7. Counsel for the petitioners' response to this order shall be filed with the Court no later than February 16, 2024.

All the Justices concur.
