McDonald, J., dissents. Based on the allegations in the petition, I believe plaintiffs have not stated any facts, which support a finding that East Baton Rouge Parish is a proper venue under Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Articles 73, 74, 74.4 and 76.1. Accordingly, I would grant the writ and would reverse the district court's ruling denying First NBC Bank's exception raising the objection of improper venue.
