Summary Dispositions July 25, 1997:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the trial court for a redetermination of the present value of future damages in accordance with this Court's decision in Nation v WDE Electric Co, 454 Mich. 489 (1997). MCR 7.302(F)(1). The circuit court then is to recalculate the adjusted verdict as required by MCR 2.403(0)(3) in order to determine which party is entitled to mediation sanctions. In all other respects the application for leave to appeal is denied.
