This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with Lalande v. Index Geophysical Survey Corporation, et al., 336 So.2d 1054 (# 5546 La.App. 3 Cir. 1976). Our decision in that case is being handed down this date. For the reasons there assigned, we affirm the trial court decision at appellant's costs.

AFFIRMED.

HOOD, J., dissents, being of the opinion that intervenor, Travelers Insurance Company, is entitled to recover.
