The case at docket No. 15831-19 is calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session scheduled to commence on March 28, 2022. The two cases at docket Nos. 12420-20 and 12457-20 are calendared for trial at the Court's February 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session.
On January 27, 2022, petitioners filed a motion to calendar and consolidate as to the above three docketed cases. In that motion petitioners request therein that the two cases at docket Nos. 12420-19 and 12457-20 be continued from the Court's February 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session and thereafter calendared for trial at the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session. Petitioners in that motion further request that the three cases be consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. Respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' motion to calendar is granted insofar as the two cases at docket Nos. 12420-20 and 12457-20 are stricken for trial from the Court's February 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session and continued. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' motion is granted insofar as the two cases at docket Nos. 12420-20 and 12457-20 are calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2022. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' motion is granted insofar as the three cases at docket Nos. 15831-19, 12420-20, and 12457-20 are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on the parties, a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session.
