PRESENT:
Defendants Gary Miguel, Chief of Police of City of Syracuse and City of Syracuse having moved for an extension of time to perfect their consolidated appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 30, 2018, June 7, 2018, and September 12, 2018, and plaintiff Sonia Dotson having moved to vacate the dismissal of her appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered June 7, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that moving defendants' motion is granted to the extent they shall perfect their appeals in compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250, on or before May 14, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion of plaintiff is granted on the condition that plaintiff file and serve a brief in compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) on or before June 13, 2019.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect appeal Nos. 1 and 2 will be granted to defendants absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
