Defendants Gary Miguel, Chief of Police of City of Syracuse and City of Syracuse having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals and cross appeal on one record taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 30, 2018, June 7, 2018, and September 12, 2018, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Janet D. Callahan, Esq., dated December 13, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the moving appellants shall perfect the appeals and cross appeal in compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250, on or before March 15, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are dismissed without further order.
