Opinion filed January 28, 2002.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Suwannee County. Thomas J. Kennon, Jr., Judge.

Appellant, pro se.

Robert A Butterworth, Attorney General, and Joe Belitzky, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Having considered the appellant's response to the Court's order, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Bd. of County Comm'rs v. Grice, 438 So.2d 392, 394 (Fla. 1983); Benton v.
