Order Granting Plaintiff's Agreed Motion to Enlarge Time for Joint Pretrial Stipulation


THIS MATTER came before the Court on Plaintiff's Agreed Motion to Enlarge Time for Joint Pretrial Stipulation, dated October 22, 2003.

THE COURT, having reviewed the motion and the file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds there is good cause to grant the enlargement of time sought by Plaintiff. It is therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Enlarge Time is HEREBY GRANTED. The parties shall have until and including October 29, 2003 within which to file their Joint Pretrial Stipulation.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, in Miami. Florida.
