On March 18, 2021, Joy Dorr filed in this case a Notice of Intervention. On May 3, 2021, intervenor Joy Dorr filed an application for waiver of filing fee. However, the filing fee for this case has already been paid by petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described application for waiver of filing fee is denied as moot and is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
