Bradley Dorman, Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, etc., Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 4D22-1916; 062015CF014344A88810

To the extent that Petitioner seeks relief against the Fourth District Court of Appeal, the petition is denied because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). To the extent that Petitioner seeks relief against the Florida Department of Corrections, the petition is dismissed without prejudice. No motion for rehearing will be entertained.

CANADY, POLSTON, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, and FRANCIS, JJ., concur.
