By Order dated September 13, 2023, docket entry 9, the Court directed the parties, on or before October 6, 2023, to file a Joint Stipulation of Facts and a Joint Status Report with the Court. On September 29, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report twice, at docket entries 12 and 13, in lieu of a Joint Stipulation of Facts. The Joint Status Report, filed at docket entry 12 is duplicative, and therefore the Court will strike this filing at docket entry 12.
The Joint Status Report indicates that there are a total of twenty-five (25) cases related to this case and that the parties do not anticipate that any additional cases will be petitioned. In addition, the parties agree that this case should be consolidated with the other related cases for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Joint Status Report, filed September 29, 2023, docket entry 12, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
