ORDER
The proceedings in this case were electronically recorded, and on September 12, 2013, the court recorder filed the record required by rule 34.6(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Accordingly, appellant Dennis Raul Dorado's brief is due October 14, 2013.
In accordance with rule 38.5(a)(1) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, appellant must have all portions of the recording he considers relevant to the appellate issues or points transcribed and attach the transcription to his brief. Appellant may obtain a copy of the recording from the clerk of this court. If appellant files a brief without the required transcription, this court will consider and decide only those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record for a decision.
