An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 7, 2018, And, respondents-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from respondents-appellants' attorneys, dated January 10, 2019, and the stipulation of discontinuance, dated January 8, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and the appeal are withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence and stipulation of discontinuance.
