Respondent Marquise Walker having moved for an extension of time to file and serve an answer on the this CPLR article 78 proceeding, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy S. Davis, Esq., dated November 3, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the answer is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before December 6, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept the answer for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's brief shall be filed and served in accordance with the Court's rules on or before December 27, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents' briefs shall be filed and served in accordance with the Court's rules on or before January 10, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the January 10, 2018 day calendar, and is added to the term of this Court commencing February 20, 2018.
