STEVEN A. DOORES, M.D., Appellant v. JAY D. CRUTCHER, J.D., RICHARD J. WALLACE, III, J.D., AND SCHEEF & STONE, L.L.P., Appellees

On Appeal from the 134th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-14-07315

ORDER

Before the Court is the parties' August 29, 2017 joint motion to refer case to mediation and abate appeal. Because the parties have agreed to voluntarily mediate this case, the Court need not rule on the motion for mediation referral. To the extent the motion requests a suspension of all deadlines in this appeal, the Court GRANTS the parties' motion and ABATES the appeal. The appeal will be reinstated sixty (60) days from the date of this order or when the Court receives notice from a party that mediation has concluded, whichever occurs sooner.
