By letter filed February 20, 2024, appellant informs the Court that the parties have settled "in principle" and requests a stay of all deadlines while the parties finalize the settlement agreement. We GRANT the request, SUSPEND all pending deadlines, and ORDER appellant to file a motion to dismiss the appeal or status report no later than March 21, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre, Official Court Reporter Tina Thompson, and the parties.
