Order granting defendant's motion to take the testimony of a witness under section 288 of the Civil Practice Act, on the ground that special circumstances exist therefor, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur.
