ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

These cases were calendared for trial during the Court's May 16, 2022, Helena, Montana, remote trial session. On March 23, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served March 25, 2022, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On January 24, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report informing the Court that "[p]etitioners have received and reviewed the computations provided by [r]espondent and have accepted [r]espondent's offer." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 24, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases or stipulated decision documents.
