DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, entered November 6, 2013, or, in the alternative, to compel appellant to serve respondent with her brief, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel appellant to serve respondent with her brief is granted and appellant is directed to serve a complete copy of her brief on respondent within 10 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 21 days after the appellant's brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if she be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the respondent's brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
