From the Probate Court of Marion County, Joseph G. Wood, Judge.

Zora Crady, appellee, brought action for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident against appellant, June Donella, Administratrix de bonis non of the Estate of Clarence B. Snyder, deceased. On appeal the Appellate Court in an opinion reversed the trial court's judgment which was favorable to appellee. Appellee petitions to transfer the cause to the Supreme Court.

Petition to transfer denied. Reporter's Note. — See Appellate Court opinion reported in 185 N.E.2d 623.

The petition to transfer is denied. By denying transfer herein we do not thereby approve of all the language of the Appellate Court opinion.
