On July 13, 2022, respondent filed a status report. Respondent is requesting additional time to file a proposed decision document. Respondent submitted a request for computations reflecting the terms of the settlement reached between the parties, however, he has been advised that petitioners' account for the tax year at issue needs to be updated by respondent, and respondent will require additional time to prepare the computations reflecting the terms of the settlement reached between the parties.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 14, 2022, the parties shall either file a proposed stipulated decision or a report as to the then-present status of this case.
