An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 22, 2016, And defendants-respondents Daniel Clement, M.D. (M-4707), St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center (M-4780) and Daniel Roshan, M.D. (M-4609) having separately moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
