ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Los Angeles, California, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on April 22, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed March 6, 2024. Taking into account the procedural history of this case and giving due regard to the representations contained in the motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served January 3, 2024, at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, April 22, 2024, as previously directed.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to appear on Thursday, April 25, 2024, could result in the entry of decision for the amounts shown in the Notice of Deficiency, dated November 21, 2022, a copy of which is attached to the petition.
