By Order served October 7, 2024, petitioner's Motion for Continuance was calendared for hearing on December 3, 2024. In that Order, the parties were directed to contact the Court to request a more convenient time and date for the hearing. On October 31, 2024, petitioner's counsel requested an alternate date. Upon due consideration of the parties' schedules and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the motion for continuance filed October 4, 2024, is stricken for hearing from the December 2, 2024, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session, and is now set for hearing at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 4, 2024, at a time and date certain of 3:30 PM eastern on November 4, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote hearing.
