This case is calendared for trial during the Court's December 9, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On July 24, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Grounds of Mootness (Doc. 13). Respondent's Motion provides "that, subsequent to the filing of the petition, petitioner's outstanding liabilities for the taxes, additions to tax, penalties and interest at issue in this case have been satisfied and the proposed lien is no longer necessary." The Motion further provides that "[p]etitioner has not responded to respondent's efforts to obtain his views as to the granting of this motion." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 28, 2024, petitioner shall file with the Court and serve on respondent a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Grounds of Mootness filed July 24, 2024.

Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in respondent's Motion.
