ORDERED that, upon the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, as academic, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the order of the Support Magistrate is denied, without costs, as academic.
