Opinion
No. 72-1124.
April 26, 1974.
Appeal from Court of Record, Broward County; James A. McCauley, Judge.
Patrick O'Neal of Devitt, Geiger, O'Neal Booth, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.
Michael K. Davis of Watson, Hubert Davis, Fort Lauderdale, for appellees-Truman Byron Thomas and Aelwyn Carol Thomas.
A close scrutiny of the record in this case and the time sequences involved lead us to the conclusion that this court lacks jurisdiction of the cause. Craft v. Clarembeaux, Fla.App. 1964, 162 So.2d 325; Chatlos v. City of Hallandale, Fla. 1969, 220 So.2d 353.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
WALDEN and DOWNEY, JJ., and WADDELL, TOM, Jr., Associate Judge, concur.
