WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. In accordance with the district court's February 14, 2018 order, Sarah Ann Donahue's Amended Motion to Modify Custody was timely filed. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 253(B) & (E) and La. R.S. 9:2602(B). Therefore, we vacate the district court's March 28, 2018 and April 12, 2018 judgments and remand the matter for a contradictory hearing.
