This case was calendared for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On September 7, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). The Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.

On August 22, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 20) informing the Court that on August 10, 2022, respondent issued a supplemental notice of determination.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 24, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
