This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On September 7, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). The Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. On April 19, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 13) informing the Court that this case has been transferred to new respondent's counsel with the Office of Chief Counsel. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before May 23, 2022, a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
