AFFIRMED. See Castano v. State, 65 So.3d 546 (Fla. 5th DCA 2011), rev. granted,81 So.3d 413 (Fla.2012). Because the issue reviewed in this case is currently pending before the Florida Supreme Court, mandate in this case will be withheld pending the final disposition of Castano.
